Meagan has always been passionate about functional training and movement. She has a degree in Kinesiology and diversified into Registered Massage Therapy to gain soft tissue skills.

She has worked with a wide variety of clientele including kids involved in sports, seniors wanting to gain or maintain their mobility and everyone in between. Meagan's goal is to always get her clients moving and feeling better.

When Meagan is not at work, you can find her working out or going for a walk with her family and dog.
