Megan is from Prince Edward Island and graduated from Dalhousie University with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2015. She also completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from St. Francis Xavier University in 2012.
Megan grew up playing competitive hockey, soccer and field hockey which then led to an interest in helping people stay active. She has gained experience working with various musculoskeletal conditions and enjoys working with all populations. She is certified in level 1 functional dry needling and level 1 SFMA.
Megan's approach to treatment involves developing individualized treatment plans to help clients reach their goals. Her treatment plans involve using various techniques such as manual therapy, functional dry needling, therapeutic exercise, functional movement assessments, education and therapeutic modalities.
In her free time, Megan enjoys yoga, travelling and snowboarding.
