Megan is a Registered Massage Therapist and has been working professionally since 2017. She specializes in soft tissue health, injury rehabilitation and prevention, increasing and promoting healthy and pain free movement patterns, posture correction and breathing exercises. She also creates remedial exercise programs to have a continued positive impact on her clients’ health and wellbeing away from massage.
A graduate from The International Academy of Massage, she has also practiced Dental Assisting for 7 years prior to her career change into Massage Therapy.
Passionate about sports, movement and wellness, Megan has worked as a Personal Trainer for Concordia University and has a certificate in Corrective Conditioning. Working with varsity athletes, professors and the general public by creating training programs to promote proper form and movement during exercise and activity.
Megan was a youth athlete, playing men's & women's hockey Provincial and Collegiate level soccer, high school volleyball and flag football in Montreal, Quebec. Away from work Megan loves to read, practice yoga, rock climb, hike, long distance cycle, lift weights at the gym and go on canoe camping adventures.
Megan's current upcoming projects include taking her Yoga teachers training certificate in Bali Indonesia. She also aspires to learn Craniosacral treatments, Cupping and TMJ therapy in the near future.
