Michael graduated from University of Toronto in 2020 with a Master of Science in Occupational therapy. Prior to this, he attended University of Waterloo where he graduated from the honours kinesiology program with a focus in psychology and neuroscience.
During his undergraduate studies, he was involved as a trainer in a pilot program for cancer survivor recovery. He also had a placement experience in an oncology and upper extremity clinic. He has had extensive experience working with clients with acquired brain injuries with complex mental health issues. More recently, Michael has developed a growing interest in the field of pain management.
On his spare time, he enjoys being active and participating in various sports, rugby and powerlifting being his favorites. Michael also enjoys spending time with his family and participating in activities such as hiking, cooking, and guitar.
