Michelle is a registered Occupational Therapist. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in 2014 before completing a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2017 from the University of Alberta.
Michelle is dedicated to enabling clients to maximize their independence by reaching and maintaining their functional goals in a holistic, supportive and client-centered environment. Prior to joining Lifemark, Michelle developed experience in acute care, geriatric rehabilitation, exposure therapy and vocational rehabilitation. She also has training in functional capacity evaluations and home assessments.
Michelle has a particular interest in the areas of chronic pain management, cognitive rehabilitation, exposure therapy and mental health. She continues taking courses in these areas to enhance her skills.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys kayaking, hiking, camping, listening to podcasts, and spending time with friends and family.
