Natasha graduated with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from York University in 2019 and went on to graduate with a master's degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin in 2022.

Having spent most of her life in sports, she is no stranger to injuries and believes exercise really is the best medicine.

In her spare time, she enjoys staying active at the gym, practicing yoga, and running.  This year her fitness goals are to learn how to snowboard, run a half marathon, and play a round of golf with her dad
