Nicole is a Registered Kinesiologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia in 2015. After working in athletics and recreation for two years post-university, Nicole moved to Ottawa in 2017 and returned to the field of Kinesiology.

Since then, Nicole has obtained additional certifications in functional capacity evaluations and orthopedic brace fitting. Over the last three years, she has gained in-clinic rehab experience with various types of musculoskeletal injuries and neurological conditions, as well as experience performing functional evaluations for military veterans. Nicole believes in an active approach to rehabilitation and takes pride in being able to help others recover and achieve their functional goals through exercise.

Nicole was an avid hockey and soccer player growing up, but these days can be found on the curling rink in the winter and playing softball in the summer. She loves being active and outdoors, but also has a keen interest in woodworking and enjoys taking on challenging weekend projects.
