Nicole graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2010 and went on to complete her Master in Physical Therapy in 2013. Nicole has completed a number of post-graduate training courses including medical acupuncture, Mckenzie method treatments for the lumbar spine, spinal manipulative therapy and she is certified in functional dry needling.

To create a customized approach to each individual’s rehabilitation program, Nicole incorporates a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, needling, modalities, therapeutic exercise, and education. Nicole treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions with her clinical interests being in knee and shoulder injuries.

In her spare time, Nicole is an avid runner and enjoys hiking in the mountains.
