About

Nicole has been practicing physiotherapy since 2010. She completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at the University of Lethbridge in 2007, and her Master's degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2010. Nicole received her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy and FCAMPT certification in 2014 and is licensed to perform advanced spinal manipulation techniques. Nicole is also authorized to order diagnostic imaging (musculoskeletal ultrasounds, x-rays and MRIs) and practice IMS (intramuscular stimulation) and TDN (therapeutic dry needling) techniques. Along with various soft tissue mobilization techniques, Nicole is also skilled in vestibular rehabilitation and post-concussion syndrome treatment.

Nicole believes that her relationships with her patients should be professional and fun. She likes to enjoy her time at work and get to know the people she is working with. Nicole encourages an active rehab approach and uses her clinical skills in conjunction with exercise programs. She believes that most people can get to their full potential with a little dedication and team work. Nicole is willing to treat any injury from sports injuries, weekend warrior bumps and bruises, to complex multisite injuries such as those sustained in car accidents.
