Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2005. She obtained certification in Acupuncture through AFCi in 2006. Her experience is broad and includes sports, pediatrics, geriatrics, postsurgical and return-to-work programming. The majority of her practice involves the use of acupuncture and cupping, and she often takes an Eastern approach to her treatment plans.

Olivia has taken numerous post-graduate courses including Charles Kelly Muscle Mobilization, Mulligan Mobilizations, Sports First Responder, Neuroproprioceptive taping and more.

In 2009, Olivia volunteered on a non-profit hospital ship in West Africa for seven months, working as the physiotherapist attached to the orthopedic team as they provided free surgeries. She has also volunteered as a trainer for premier men's rugby, girls soccer, and the Canadian Gymnastics Championship.

In her spare time, Olivia enjoys fitness through CrossFit, downhill skiing and wall climbing. She also enjoys travelling with her family.
