Rahil completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India in 2008, and later, in pursuit of more knowledge & skills, he opted for a Master of Physiotherapy with specialization in musculoskletal & sports injuries. He has a total of 10 years of rich experience working with orthopaedics and sports injuries population of all ages.
Throughout his career, he has taken numerous continuing education courses in manual therapy (Maitland, Mulligan & Mackenzie concepts), neural tissue mobilization, gait analysis and kinesio taping to name a few. He has also done a course in strength, stability, and control with theraband academy, USA. He is also pursuing his level courses in Manual Physiotherapy with orthopaedic division of Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He is very keen to expand his skills with further training in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion and medical acupuncture in near future.
Rahil emphasize an evidence based and active approach incorporating patient education, joint and soft tissue mobilization techniques, taping and individualized exercise plan to reduce pain, optimize function & performance and prevent re-injury.
He is a firm believer in leading an active and healthy lifestyle and enjoys weight lifting, playing volleyball, cricket, travelling, and reading.
