Rhonda graduated from Dalhousie University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She began her career at the Saint John Regional Hospital where she worked until 1994. At that time, Rhonda entered the private sector, working in several clinics in the Saint John area. In 2000, she opened her own Physiotherapy Clinic. After 8 years operating her clinic, Rhonda returned to working as a contracted physiotherapists and is a vital part of the team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Clinic.
Rhonda's main focus is helping clients with chronic pain and she has created a five-week course for chronic pain management. Her compassion for her patients and dedication to quality treatment results in high patient satisfaction.
Rhonda has completed numerous post-graduate courses including, manual therapy, acupuncture and cranio-sacral therapy. She has also taught the Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant Course at the local college.
Rhonda is a volunteer for the Arthritis Society, teaching courses and workshops as well as working on their Education Committee. She has also volunteered for many professional and amateur sporting events including, Skate Canada and Saint John Mill Rats of the National Basketball League of Canada, Meals On Wheels and as a Coach in the local basketball association.
In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys an active life with her husband and their two daughters. She loves to read, write in her journal and spend time in nature.
