Ricky graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science of Kinesiology. Ricky is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and a member of the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA).

His expertise lies in physical training principles utilizing therapeutic exercise prescription and biomechanical analysis. He also has experience working with workplace injuries, motor vehicle injuries, post-surgical rehab and mental health wellness. He is experienced with return to work program for patients injured at work. Utilizing exercise is medicine.

Ricky has two young kids and enjoys playing with them and watching them grow through activity and sport.
