Ritu graduated with a Massage Therapy Diploma from the National Institute School of Beauty and Health Sciences in 2022. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario.

Ritu has experience in a wide range of massage methods and techniques such as Swedish massage, stretching, trigger point release, tight fascia release, joint mobilization, remedial exercises and general relaxation massage.

Ritu joined the Lifemark team in 2022. She believes in simple living and high thinking. In her spare time, Ritu enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and reading.
