Robyn is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She has taken numerous courses in human anatomy and physiology in relation to exercise and has a special interest in the role physical activity and exercise have on the life of women, both culturally and physiologically.

Robyn believes wholeheartedly in a holistic model of care and brings this knowledge and understanding to every client she works with. Robyn has experience in the delivery of exercise and physical activity programs within a diverse range of populations and is always keen to learn and practice new physical cultures.

When Robyn is not working, she can be found on the rugby pitch.
