About
Rod has a Bachelor of Human Anatomy, a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master of Physical Therapy. In fact, he was the first person in Alberta licenced in both chiropractic and physiotherapy. Rod has completed certifications in techniques such as Active Release Therapy, IMS dry needling, Graston, acupuncture and myofascial therapy.
His physical therapy practice is focused on hands-on manual therapies as well as stretching and strengthening programs that will enable patients to take control of their health and return to doing the things that they love.
In his personal life, Rod can often be found putting his practice theories to the test while running in Bragg creek, Canmore or other beautiful areas that Alberta has to offer. He has completed races all over North America including Ironman triathlons, several 100 mile running races and also running back and forth across the Grand Canyon. Rod is one of two people to have completed the 125 km Canadian Death race ten different times.
