Rowan is a registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario who been practicing since 2020. They graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2019. Prior to this, they received an Honours Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto. They are a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists as well as the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.  

Rowan has worked as an occupational therapist in a variety of settings, including complex continuing care, transitional care, and community geriatric health. They are experienced in cognitive assessment and rehabilitation, fine motor rehabilitation, seating and mobility, wound care, and hand therapy. They are regularly involved in education initiatives and enjoy learning more about cognitive rehabilitation, psychosocial models of care, and adaptive technology. They are passionate about inclusive, intersectional healthcare and strive to incorporate holistic, anti-oppressive, and intersectional lenses into their practice.
