Sandy has graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto with additional background in Human Kinetics and Biomechanical Sciences. She is also CAFCI certified for the practice of acupuncture.
Sandy has 30 years of physical therapy practice experience primarily in orthopaedics. She continues to learn, taking continuing education to deal with problematic TMJs and feet, to treat using acupuncture and many different manual therapy approaches. She is trained in St. John’s Neuromuscular Therapy, McKenzie Mulligan Techniques, as well as a strong Upledger/Osteopathic background with cranio-sacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and neural manipulation. Most recently she has completed vestibular rehabilitation training to further benefit her client base, including the chronic and/or complicated client.
In her spare time she is busy skiing, running, reading, and playing musical instruments.
