Sara graduated from the Master of Occupational Therapy program at the University of Sydney in 2017 after obtaining a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree from the University of Ottawa in 2013. Sara’s passion for Occupational Therapy is derived from helping others restore engagement in the activities that they enjoy most, and the life roles that make them who they are, or want to be.

Sara herself is an active, outdoor enthusiast, who spends her free time hiking, biking, long-distance running, snowboarding and camping with friends. Another one of Sara’s passions, continuing education, has led her to obtain various certifications and trainings, and contributed to her knowledge and skills as an Occupational Therapist. She holds multiple certifications including Cognitive Adaptation Training, level 2 Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Sara is an active member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists, as well as the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia. Sara specializes in psychological assessment and treatment, cognitive and functional assessment and intervention, ergonomic assessments and chronic pain management.
