She believes in empowering her clients to be active participants in their rehabilitation and works with individuals to address their unique rehabilitation needs. Sarah has also completed advanced manual therapy training through the Canadian Orthopaedic Division of Physical Therapy.

Sarah has a keen interest in working with pregnant and post-partum individuals and enjoys helping birthing parents prepare for labour and delivery and safely return to sport and activity during the post-partum period.

Sarah's background as a professional dancer is what motivated her to become a physiotherapist, and she enjoys working with dancers of various styles and techniques. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys skiing, yoga and spending time with her family.
