In his home town of Newmarket, Ontario, Sean achieved his diploma of Registered Massage Therapy from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, by successfully completing the 2200 hour program, with a focus in geriatrics. Soon after graduation, Sean successfully completed the entrance to practice exams, which are governed by the regulatory body of The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. In that same year of 1999, he then launched his career by accepting a position in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Iceland.
Sean worked alongside other health care professionals, to rehabilitate and educate patients to maintain a better level of health. Here he was able to cross-pollinate his western education and clinical experience with his scandinavian colleges. Upon returning to Ontario in 2001, he applied his experience by purchasing his own massage therapy clinic, where he expanded and developed his experience for 13 years. With compassion, he encourages patients to be active participants in treatment goals, while attentively addressing any causation factors.
Since February of 2014, Sean has been a member of the community in Airdrie where he embraces more diverse learning opportunities and augments the existing robust level of competent and compassionate health care.
Residing in Calgary, Sean is able to embrace all the adventures that the Canadian Rockies has to offer, which includes just about anything where he can feel the rush of fresh air on his face. When Sean is not in the mountains or exploring the labyrinth of trails in Calgary, he also likes to express his creative side by enjoying various hobbies such as videography, discovering new and unique nutritional ways to support his active lifestyle and spending down time with friends in coffee shops.
