Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary before completing her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree at the University of Alberta. She knew she found her passion with occupational therapy.

She believes in gaining a full understanding of how both physical and mental health can impact an individual's ability to engage in the activities that are most meaningful to them. Shannon is passionate about enabling individuals to get back to doing their "everyday". She strives to use a collaborative, client centered approach to ensure individuals can reach their goals.

Shannon is from a ranch in southern Alberta but is excited to make Calgary home. She grew up playing sports and continued to play varsity rugby while at the U of C. Now she enjoys a different perspective by coaching in the community. She likes to bake, complete puzzles and hike in her spare time.
