Shital has completed a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from S.N.D.T. University, Mumbai, India in 2011. After graduating, she worked in an outpatient setting in Mumbai for one year. Shital is one of our in-house physiotherapists. The reason she chose to become a Physiotherapist was because she wanted to play a key role in enabling people to improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Shital has a strong background in orthopedic, vestibular, neurological disorders and an excellent understanding of the challenges that patients face living with these chronic pains. She has also completed a post-graduate diploma in Exercise and Wellness from Canada, where she developed an exceptional interest in pain management, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Clinic work remains a real passion for Shital, as she enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds and gaining new experiences and knowledge from every individual patient she treats.

Her areas of interest include Vestibular (BPPV) and Concussion management, MVA, work place injuries, soft tissue injuries, whiplash injuries, sports injuries, and Physiotherapy modalities and Customized exercise prescription. Shital can provide services in English, Punjabi, Gujrati, and Hindi.
