Sophia Monsanto is a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist.

With a diploma from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College, Sophia continues to enhance her education by pursuing a Bachelors of Health Science at Thompson Rivers University. Sophia firmly believes in patient-centred care and strives to create personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs. Sophia's approach to massage therapy is comprehensive, incorporating various modalities, such as Swedish massage, myofascial work, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and active and passive stretching. Before each session, Sophia conducts a thorough assessment to identify the patient's problem areas and tailor the treatment plan accordingly. Sophia also provides her patients with homecare exercises that are personalized to their specific needs, including stretching, strengthening, and hydrotherapy.
