Stacey hols a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy with Distinction from the University of Alberta (1993). She is a Certified Hand Therapist and was the second therapist in Calgary to obtain this designation. Stacey has a special interest in upper extremity injuries, in particular injuries of the wrist and hand. Her practice has focused on this area for over 15 years.
Stacey has experience working in both a hosptial setting and in general sports physiotherapy. She is an educator for the Lifemark Mentorship Program, a member and past Vice President of the Canadian Society of Hand Therapists, a past secretary of the Calgary Hand Interest Group, and an active member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and College of Physical Therapists of Alberta.
Stacey is a native Calgarian and bilingual graduate of Western Canada High School. You might see her in the rinks, as she is the mother of a hockey player and a figure skater, and a volunteer executive member of Springbank Figure Skating Club.
