Stephany graduated with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2012 with a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences, and in 2014 earned her M.Sc. in Physical Therapy. She will be taking steps to become a manual therapist, with interest in practicing with intramuscular stimulation (IMS) in the future.
Stephany has worked with a variety of populations, including cancer survivors, pediatric, and geriatric populations. She is particularly interested in pediatric and complex clients, including those with shoulder and neck/back pain or injuries. As a member of the Lifemark Millwoods family, she hopes to provide a space where her patients increase their understanding of their body, while feeling comfortable and cared for as they recover through the rehabilitation process.
Stephany is able to speak conversational Mandarin and Cantonese, and understands Vietnamese.
In her spare time, Stephany loves to travel, watch movies, increase strength with weight lifting, and spend quality time with her husband, daughter, friends and family.
