Mr. Stephen Bernard is a Registered Psychologist in the provinces of Newfoundland & Labrador as well as Alberta. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2006, and obtained a Master of Arts, Counseling Psychology degree from Yorkville University of Fredericton, New Brunswick in 2008.

Mr. Bernard began Practicing the field of Psychology and providing services Edmonton and Whitecourt, AB, gaining a wide experience with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. Now residing in his home province of Newfoundland & Labrador, Mr. Bernard services provides a wide range of therapeutic services which may include individual, couple and/or family counseling, as well as educational, parenting, socio-emotional, personal risk, learning disabilities, vocational assessments and consultation.
