Stewart graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University in 2013 and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2015. Stewart is currently a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and is registered with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists.

Stewart is originally from Antigonish, Nova Scotia and played Junior B hockey with the Antigonish Bulldogs during his time at St.  Francis Xavier. He enjoys working with the public and has a keen interest in athletic rehabilitation and higher level physical rehabiltation. In addition to athletics, Stewart has been involved in creating a rehabilitation exercise program for persons with special needs and enjoys volunteering in the community.

Stewart's approach to physiotherapy is rooted in exercise. With an athletic background and a firm belief in self empowerment, Stewart guides his patients toward sustaining a healthy, physically active lifestyle in order to stay symptom free.
