A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, Sue’s method in massage uses various Swedish Techniques, rhythmic and joint mobilizations, and myofascial work. Other methods she uses are derived from a learning passion for physical expression, body mechanics and energy, compassion, and quiet attention. She is currently exploring a deeper understanding of DermoNeuroModulation, touch rooted in neuroscience.
Sue is drawn to the beauty of movement, touch, and deep human connection. Her commitment to you is being a part of your team in developing the relationship between you and your body. Her aim is to help patients find healthy perceptions of themselves, guiding them to feel peaceful, complete, whole and safe.
Sue is a former ballet dancer, filmmaker/editor and a current personal trainer in the holistic approach to exercise called the GYROTONIC®. Outside of the clinic, Sue is busy raising two teens and trying to find quiet time to read.
