Téah specializes in injury rehabilitation using a variety of swedish massage, deep tissue and The Graston Technique (IASTM). She is very passionate about the recovery and well-being of her clients. 

Téah graduated with a Massage Therapy diploma while playing volleyball at Lethbridge college in 2020. She previously owned her practice in Cardston before joining the Lifemark team. In her free time she is with her family or playing sports and spending time with her dog.
