Teri graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Music from Wilfrid Laurier University and served in the Canadian Armed Forces as a musician.
Teri is dedicated to growing her practice through professional development opportunities. She is especially interested in pursuing orthopaedic manual therapy courses as well as intramuscular stimulation needling certifications.
She encourages exercise as an essential component in the treatment of pain and injuries. Teri’s treatment approach combines manual therapy with an individualized home exercise program which helps clients to achieve their functional goals.
In her free time, Teri enjoys CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, and travelling. During the summer months, she is a skydiving coach and formation skydive competitor.
