Terri-Lee has been practicing massage therapy since she graduated in 2000, and joined the Lifemark team in 2002. At present, Terri-Lee exclusively performs craniosacral therapy treatments which can be billed as massage therapy sessions through an extended health plan. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch approach that can benefit people living with chronic pain, migraines and headaches, stress and tension-related disorders, motor-coordination challenges, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, TMJ syndrome, scoliosis, orthopedic problems, and many other common conditions.
Terri-Lee’s CST is appropriate for all ages from newborns to elders. Its impact on the central nervous system assist the performance of nearly every system in your body, releasing tensions to allow the entire body to relax and self-correct. Using a gentle touch, Terri-Lee can evaluate your internal environment, then use CST to release any restrictions she finds.
