Tirene graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Dance Science & Education from York University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. She is also a Registered Ballet Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and she has an extensive background in training athletes. Her foundation in Ballet is what fuels her passion for the study of human movement. She has trained pre-professional, competitive, and recreational level dancers across Canada, and established a name for herself as “The Dance Kinesiologist”.

As a Kinesiologist, Tirene has worked in multiple rehabilitation settings, and believes in a wholistic and functional approach to treatment planning. It is her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their optimal abilities, regardless of age or background.
