Tracey graduated from the University of Toronto with a Professional Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MScOT) and holds an Honour’s Bachelor of Integrated Life & Health Science from Carleton University.
She is a licensed occupational therapist and registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. She is also a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.
Tracey is experienced providing community-based assessment and rehabilitation interventions for individuals with chronic pain, TBI, concussion with persistent post-concussive symptoms, mental health and psychosocial challenges. She is a skilled assessor and experienced with hospital discharge planning, completing medical-legal documentation, facilitating return to work programs, and completing attendant care assessments.
Tracey also holds over 1000 hours of clinical fieldwork experience in a variety of practice areas including program development at a long-term care home in Toronto, a paediatric brain injury rehabilitation team at a leading Toronto-Based children’s hospital, an inpatient stroke rehabilitation team, and on a family health team for homebound older adults.
Tracey is passionate about women’s health post-TBI, technology, interior design, and is a proud soccer mom.
