Treena obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2000 and is registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She is fluent in french and english and has worked as a kinesiologist at Lifemark Physiotherapy in Whitby since 2007.

She has extensive experience in instructing and guiding patients with various rehabilitative goals including sports related, return to activities of daily living, post surgery, return-to-work goals, ergonomics and cancer rehabilitation. Treena is also a certified instructor and evaluator in the WorkWell functional capacity evaluation protocol.

As a past competitive athlete, an active mother and a current recreational athlete, Treena understands the stresses related to sports, day-to-day tasks and healthy living. She tries to guide her patients through their individual challenges with realistic goals and expectations.
