Trisha is a qualified occupational therapist licensed to practice in Ontario. She is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Trisha graduated from the University of Toronto in 2013 with a Professional Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Following her master’s degree, Trisha was drawn to the natural beauty of the west coast and moved to Victoria, BC where she lived and worked for five years. During this time, she worked as a registered occupational therapist in the private sector, assisting clients to return to meaningful activities after illness or injury.
Trisha’s professional interests and continued training are in the areas of concussion rehabilitation, persistent pain, mental health treatment using a CBT-approach, and ergonomics / return-to-work supports. She is experienced in physical, functional, cognitive, and psychological evaluation of individuals who are experiencing difficulties performing their essential tasks of daily living. She is a certified provider of the Progressive Goal Attainment Program.
Trisha enjoys spending all her spare time outdoors completing hobbies such as hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, skiing and snowboarding.
