Tzvetelina (Tzvety) obtained her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Since graduating, Tzvety has completed many courses to further diversify her practice, including dry needling, k-taping, manual therapy techniques, running analysis, and treatments for persistent pain. Tzvety thoroughly enjoys spending time in the clinic treating sport-related injuries (including running assessments), post-operative orthopaedic injuries, and motor-vehicle accident injuries. Her approach to treatment centres around looking at clients from a whole-person perspective rather than just treating the injured body part.
Tzvety is passionate about educating her clients about their injuries with the goal of making them feel empowered to be an active and engaged participant in their rehabilitation journey. Although she values hands-on therapeutic techniques, her priority is supporting people to reach their functional goals.
To stay active, Tzvety enjoys trail running, rock climbing, weight training and hiking in the beautiful mountains. If she is not out being active then she is balancing things out by meditating or engaging her creative side.
