Valerie McAleese and is a Registered Massage Therapist at Lifemark Physiotherapy Nose Hill. She loves being a massage therapist because helping people with their health and well-being gives her life a deeper sense of purpose.

Her mission is to facilitate each client's healing process by providing compassionate, effective, and reliable therapeutic care. While Valerie may use Swedish relaxation, therapeutic, or deep tissue techniques to treat her clients, she also finds fascial work and Myofascial cupping to be very effective and beneficial for most people.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading sci-fi/fantasy, historical fiction, and the classics. She also likes to play in the dirt, grow her own food, and get a little saucy in the kitchen! Whenever Valerie comes across a catchy tune, you’ll find her dancing, and when the weather is nice she likes to explore the city on her bicycle.
