Laura graduated from University of Toronto with Master of Professional Kinesiology. She also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University. She currently is a Registered kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologist of Ontario.

Laura firmly believes the idea of “Exercise is Medicine.” She designs and implements a therapeutic exercise program based on client's needs to promote health, rehabilitate injuries and restore functions. She loves involving in each step of client’s rehabilitation journey and seeing their improvements.

Laura likes to play games with friends. She has already collected over a hundred games in her Steam Libraries. Collecting and hunting for a good game is so enjoyable!
