About

Oriah completed a post-graduate diploma of Technology, Clinical Methods of Prosthetics and Orthotics in Toronto at George Brown College (2007-2011). Upon graduation, Oriah came to Calgary for a residency in Orthotics (2011-2013). She has been a certified orthotist since 2013.

As an orthotist, Oriah assesses and treats patients requiring an orthosis (brace) due to muscle/bone impairment, trauma, disease or deformity. Oriah is passionate about assisting patients to achieve their goals with an approach of design, biomanchics, creativity and compassion first in mind.

She is actively involved with her provincial and national professional associations. Oriah is vice president and stakeholder chair of the Alberta Association of Orthotists and Prosthetists. She is also a regional council leader for Orthotics Prosthetics Canada.

Outside of the clinic, Oriah is often in the mountains hiking and skiing with her puppy Beatrix.
