About
As a new member to Lifemark, Lenard Kameka’s practice offers Registered Massage Therapy to clients. Lenard Kameka is a member of good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.
Lenard volunteered with Trinity Home Hospice, an organization in the heart of Toronto offering home support to the terminally ill. A greater part of 10 years followed on the front lines in the downtown core as a Personal Support Worker, assisting folks with mental health challenges, terminal illness, the elderly and a diverse number of chronic and progressive afflicted patients. Later, Lenard worked to specialize in disability, with an ongoing stand for inclusion.
Fundamental practices of massage therapy are one avenue for individuals to reach goals to recover and maintain quality of life and be empowered to invest in their own well-being. Massage therapy can be beneficial to everyone. While it mainly benefits the injured, the ill, and the stressed, the strength of massage therapy in preventing illness and conditions before they develop cannot be overlooked.
Massage therapy can be used in the treatment of both acute and chronic stages of conditions. There are tremendous benefits to be achieved through regular massage therapy treatments from a Registered Massage Therapist. Whether your need is to have a moment of relaxation, reduce muscle tension, or attain relief from chronic pain, a therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being as well as your quality of life.
