About

Param is an experienced Occupational Therapist who has worked in a variety of settings. His client-centered approach to treatment aims to effectively meet the needs and goals of each individual client.

After completing his undergrad at the University of Toronto, he went on to complete his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in the U.S. Following graduation, Param worked at the San Diego Rehabilitation Institute in both acute and sub acute rehabilitation, specializing in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. He gained further experience by providing OT services within the long-term care, mental health and home health settings.

Param joined the Lifemark team in Kelowna early in 2020 and is the primary OT for the Post Concussion Management Program (PCMP). He also provides his services as a community occupational therapist. He specializes in return to work planning, job site visits and functional/cognitive rehab.

Param is currently a member of the following professional organizations, College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia, Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists, American Occupational Therapy Association and the California Board of Occupational Therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Param enjoys staying active through sports and spending time with his wife and three young children.
