Ashley graduated from Massage Therapist program at the McKay Career Institute in 2020. She is a registered member of MTAS (Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan).

Ashley completed her B.Sc. Kinesiology at the University of Regina in 2018. Together, these two certifications enable her to provide treatments that are focused on rehabilitation, stress reduction, and injury prevention. She loves implementing stretches and exercises into her clients home care routines that can provide symptom relief and improve overall quality of life.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time outside, being at the lake, reading, crafting and spending time with family and friends.
