Eric graduated from the University of Regina in 2021, where he completed his Master’s thesis in Kinesiology. He also obtained his Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of Regina in 2017.  Eric is a member of CSEP (Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology) and CKA (Canadian Kinesiology Alliance). He is a CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist and holds certifications in Matheson Functional Capacity Evaluation, Precision Nutrition Level 1.

Aside from exercise therapy, Eric also holds interests in neuro-rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning. While completing his thesis in stroke rehabilitation, Eric also worked with varsity athletes of the University of Regina with their strength and conditioning programs. In his off time, Eric enjoys weightlifting, golfing, travelling, and playing video games.
