Jessica graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with Distinction.
Jessica has experience working with a wide range of client populations including pediatrics, motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, athletes, and geriatrics. Her treatment style involves finding the underlying issues and forming an individualized treatment plan based on your specific needs and lifestyle or sport. She utilizes a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and education, to optimize recovery and promote self-management.
Jessica is passionate about working with clients to solve and understand their ailments leading to return to sport or activity. Her philosophy? Physiotherapy is a tool clients can utilize to meet their personal goals and promote long term self-management and empowerment of their health and well-being.
Outside the clinic, Jessica enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding in the mountains, reading, and snuggling up with her fur baby, Milo.
