When you reach out for care, you will be matched with an experienced and licensed Lifemark mental health professional such as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Counsellor, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist.

Care is delivered one-on-one and is available virtually and in-person. Virtual care is a convenient way to receive therapy from the comfort of your own home.
