Andrea is a Mount Royal University graduate with a special interest in deep tissue work. She is a member in good standing of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta.

She has a background in personal fitness training, roller derby, cycling and competitive powerlifting. She uses elements from all of these experiences to achieve a well-rounded approach to addressing your concerns and getting you back to your top form.

She has experience working with a variety of athletes as well as office workers and the one thing they all have in common is stress. To address this, she believes in combining therapeutic techniques with relaxation, and promoting proper rest and recovery to break the cycle of stress and muscle tightness and injury.

Her favourite part of her job is the personal connection she gets to make with her patients and the ability to make people feel better.
