Carmen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2010, and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2012. For the majority of her career, Carmen has provided therapy in the community to adults across the lifespan. She has gained years of experience assessing and providing treatment for occupational performance issues, such as environmental modifications, fall prevention, wheelchair and mobility prescription, pressure management, and lower leg edema management.
Carmen's therapeutic approach is always goals focused and client-centered. She looks forward to working with her clients to help them reach their goals and return back to meaningful activities despite current challenges.
In her spare time, Carmen likes to do weightlifting and CrossFit-style workouts, experimenting with gluten and dairy-free recipes, and spending time with her husband and twin daughters.
