Cris Alexandre is a registered occupational therapist with 28 years clinical and management experience. She is Director of OT services in Ontario.
 

Cris has worked in a variety of practice settings both in hospital (out-patient neurological rehabilitation, geriatric day hospital, long-term care) and in the private auto insurance sector. She joined the Lifemark family in 2008 when Lifemark purchased Fulcrum Consultants, an OT-owned and operated company in Toronto where she had worked as a clinician, OT supervisor and OT manager since 2004.

Her current role has her overseeing over 50 OTs and OT administrative staff both in clinic operations and Viewpoint medical assessments which is also a part of the Lifemark group of companies. Cris is committed to encouraging professional growth of the staff, program development and ensuring quality of care and service.
