Donna has a keen interest in the human body and practices with the intention of rehabilitating and maintaining bodies for those who are motivated to enjoy life. An athletic, outdoorsy, equestrian and dog lover, Donna enjoys all aspects of life; she is a traveller/backpacker (safaried in Africa, studied in an ashram in India, scuba dived in Australia, climbed the highest mountains in three countries, volunteered as a medical aid in Haiti [a retired E.R and O.R Nurse], and hiked the Himilayan Mountains). She skydives, golfs, hikes, kyaks and rides a motorcyle. However, she also believes in and enjoys the simple pleasures in life - a cozy blanket, hot coffee, and a good book.
Donna's philosophy is "You need your body in good shape in order to show-up in ways that matter, to you, to your friends and family, and to the little ones in your life" - Donna Laursen MT, CLDR - Relax, Give Back, & Have Fun!
